Booking Policy

✨ Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 🔄 Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit. ⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment and all no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit. Clients who no-call/no-show will be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments. 💳 Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. We accept cash, Tap, PayPal, Cash-App, and Apple-Pay. 🏡 Home Studio Policy Doll’s Vanity Glam Studio is a private home-based studio located in Kennesaw, Georgia. The exact address will be provided after booking confirmation and within 24 hours of your appointment. Only the client being serviced is allowed unless otherwise approved. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. ⏱️ Late Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments after 15 minutes will be canceled if no other time slots are available. 💄 Client Prep Please arrive with a clean face free of makeup, skincare, and all other products. All skin prep will be completed in-studio to ensure the best results. 🧼 Health & Safety If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or violates policies. 👑 Agreement By booking with Doll’s Vanity Glam Studio, you agree to all policies.
